Instructions for use
For hot treatment:
Put the ball inside the microwave
Put 1/4 cup of water inside the microwave while heating the compress to provide the necessary moisture to heat it.
Set the timer to 1 or 2 minutes for an extra temperature.
Put it in the place of pain and enjoy the experience.
For cold therapy:
Place the ball in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours.
