Instructions:

For hot therapy:

• Set the pad not folded inside the microwave next to  glass of water.
• Set a 1/4 cup of water inside the microwave while heating the wrap.
• Set the timer on 1 or 1.5 min for extra hot temperature.

For cold therapy:

• Set the pad in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours.

WARNING: Always check how hot the pad  before using  to avoid burns

Cleaning:

to clean use wet wipes or  wet towel  with little  soap
