Instructions:

For hot therapy:

• Set the pad not folded inside the microwave next to  glass of water.
• Set a 1/4 cup of water inside the microwave while heating the wrap.
• Set the timer on 3 or 4 min for extra hot temperature.

For cold therapy:

• Set the wrap in the freezer for 5 to 6 hours.

WARNING: Always check how hot the wrap is before using it to avoid burns\
